Where we are right now

Honest version: Unhold is pre-launch, the team is small, and there are no posted openings yet. But small teams are exactly the ones that need to meet good people early — so if the product makes you want to work on it, we want to hear from you before a job ad ever exists.

How we work

• Small team, whole problems. You won’t own a button; you’ll own a capability — retrieval, the handoff path, the mobile apps, the signals pipeline.
• Ship weekly. Early access means real users quickly, and feedback that actually reaches the person who wrote the code.
• Everyone reads support. The product answers support chats for a living — ours included. What it can’t answer teaches us what to build.
• Kolkata roots, global customers. We work from Broadifi Technologies’s office in Salt Lake, Sector V, and build for customers in every timezone and 42+ languages.

Who we expect to need

As we head toward launch: engineers (TypeScript, Python, mobile), a designer who likes systems, and people who genuinely enjoy talking to customers. If you’re something else and convinced you belong here, ignore the list and write to us anyway.

Email support@unhold.chat with the subject “Careers — ‹what you do›”. Skip the formal cover letter; instead, tell us about something you built and what you’d fix about Unhold after reading this site. Include a CV or a link to your work. A human replies within a few business days — we don’t leave people on hold, it’s in the name.
